Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping, with costs varying based on weight and destination country. All parcels are sent out tracked for your peace of mind. If you can’t locate your tracking code in the shipping confirmation email, just shoot me an email, and I’ll happily provide it again!
 
Since postage costs are constantly changing, if your shipping ends up cheaper than expected, I’ll refund the difference. So, don’t worry if you receive a small shipping refund; your order is still en route to you! If you’d like a shipping quote, feel free to reach out.
 
Please keep in mind that international packages may take up to 3-4 weeks to reach their destination. However, I can’t guarantee delivery times or assume responsibility for any shipping delays.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Your orders may be subject to customs/duty fees. Please consider this before making a purchase, as these fees will be the buyer’s responsibility, and I have no control over them.
Make sure to double-check your address when entering it. Parcels returned to me due to an incorrect address will require you to cover re-delivery costs.
 

Returns and Cancellations:

As a one-person business without the capacity to manage inventory restocking and returns, all sales are currently final. We can only cancel certain items or edit orders before they are shipped. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact me at tracy.caiyingyin@gmail.com as soon as possible.
 
Once an order has been shipped, refunds are not possible, and we do not accept returns. If a return is necessary, it’s the customer’s responsibility to handle the return process.
